About The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team at Blink. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by generating and qualifying leads, building relationships, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. You will be a key player in our sales team, working closely with account executives, marketing, and product teams to identify and nurture new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and target potential clients and generate leads by leveraging various channels, including cold calling, email personalization, social media, and industry events.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities. Qualify leads based on ICP definition and qualification criteria and book meetings with account executives for further development.
Track interactions and communications with target accounts in the CRM and ensure accurate and up-to-date records of activities and follow-ups.
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to continuously improving our sales processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the security sector. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine our value proposition and messaging.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS company, preferably within the security industry. Proven track record of success in a similar BDR or sales role.
Fluent in written and verbal English.
Understanding of the security landscape, including key challenges and solutions relevant to our target market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong desire and ability to achieve targets.
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MixMax, Zoominfo, etc.).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work with the US market.
