THE POSITION:

The financial analyst will support the Director of Finance and Finance Department in its FP&A efforts and play a critical role in supporting the strategic decision-making process by providing insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for STACK’s portfolio:

Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management and stakeholders in decision-making processes
Analyze financial statements, operating expenses, cash flow projections, and other relevant financial metrics
Perform variance analysis, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide recommendations for operational improvements against the annual operating plan
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with operating groups throughout the company in order to build annual budgets, long-range financial plans, and forecasts for the portfolio
Assist with compilation and production of the board decks as presented to key stakeholders
Assist in the creation of financial models to evaluate the feasibility of new projects, including sensitivity and scenario analysis
Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by leadership

THE DETAILS:

Location: Denver, CO - In office :4 days per week
Travel: less than 5% domestically
Compensation CO: $75,000 - $90,000 + Bonus
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must pass a comprehensive background screening

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
3+ years of prior experience in FP&A or a similar role analyzing financial statements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills
Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask
Proven record of providing both internal and external customer service
