Day in the Life of an Associate Software Developer

Understand and adhere to IT principles and best practices.
Maintain and advance technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights, and share within the technical community.
Assist in the design and development of scalable software solutions using .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and Angular.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the supervision of senior developers.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code meets quality standards.
Debug and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
Document code consistently throughout the development process.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Computer Science, Software Engineering or closely related field is required.
0-2 years of relevant experience

What Will Make You Stand Out

Experience developing with .NET, Angular, and Microsoft SQL
Understanding of the DevSecOps principles
Experience with software development tools (Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Artifactory, Git)
Understanding of software development technologies and best practices
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Microsoft Project (Online and/or Server) and Professional
