Role Summary:As a software engineer, you will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software applications, with a focus on scalability and reliability. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the development process.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Key Skills:

Domain Expertise

Proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
Experience with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of databases, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect) and their integration into software systems.
Clinical Epic application certifications and experience strongly preferred

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Individual Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Experience with MLOps, including deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments.
