Job Title: Sales Operations Assistant

TheSales Operations Assistantis responsible for supporting a Sales Manager, managing all administrative tasks, from "A to Z" involved in a sales transaction.

Sales Operation Assistant Responsibilities

In-House Sales operations administrative support, Monday through Friday
Professional communication with our retail business partners
Managing and monitoring the progress of new product development
Working with the cross-functional teams, Creative, Marketing, Order Management, Purchasing and Finance
Coordinating and providing sales quotations, and inventory updates

Sales Operations Assistant Requirements

In-house role, Monday through Friday in our corporate headquarters, not far from downtown Los Angeles
A college degree is preferred, not required
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, supporting sales
Microsoft Office proficient, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
Experience working in Excel and performing basic business math calculations
Oracle ERP experience not required, but helpful
