Summary:

AAA, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-orientedseasonal talent acquisition specialistto join our team for the upcoming peak season. This is a temporary position designed to support our seasonal hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process during periods of increased demand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand seasonal staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract and identify qualified candidates for seasonal positions.
Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for seasonal roles, ensuring alignment with both skill requirements and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, facilitating efficient and timely candidate assessments.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize the seasonal hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress.

Requirements, Competencies, and Certifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a focus on seasonal hiring.
Strong understanding of seasonal workforce planning and the ability to adapt to changing staffing needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Familiarity with various sourcing methods and tools, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of (3-5) years of recent experience in Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or Recruitment within a Human Resources department.

Hiring Range: This position is non-exempt and has a hiring range from $32.32 to $35.83 based on experience.
