Our client, a European-based Private Equity firm, is seeking to add an Executive to support two partners. The office is based in midtown. They have a NYC headcount of 25 and a global headcount of 100. The firm has 100% benefits and six weeks paid vacation time available from Day 1. The position is in-office five days a week.

Job Function

Serve as gatekeeper to Executives time by coordinating complex scheduling and calendar management
Book and manage complicated and changing domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, cars, and meals. Integrate professional and personal travel commitments
Track and reconcile all expenses and prepare expense reports for approval
Prioritize and manage content and flow of information to Executives
Compose, draft, proof, edit and finalize correspondences including email, documents, and process replies on own initiative or from Executives notes and directives
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
Assist with ad hoc projects and provide back up support to other Admins as needed

Job Requirements

3-5 years of executive/administrative support, preferably in professional services
Domestic travel booking experience required, international preferred
Polished and intuitive professional who can remain calm under pressure and anticipate needs
Capable of balancing competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented and proficient in MS Office
