Your Role

As a Marketing Operations Manager with expertise in HubSpot, you will be instrumental in refining our marketing operations. This role requires a mix of strategic foresight and hands-on execution, enabling you to oversee cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. Your skills will be vital in assessing the quality of our sales and marketing pipeline, driving efficiencies, and enhancing overall operational performance. You will be responsible for supporting lead and campaign management as well as strategic planning initiatives.

Reporting Structure

You will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation, who is based on the East Coast of the US.

Key Responsibilities

Streamline marketing processes and systems to boost efficiency.
Identify and implement technological enhancements and process improvements.
Optimize and manage key tools including HubSpot, Warmly, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
Validate marketing data and partner with Business Intelligence (BI) teams.
Support lead scoring, funnel management, and campaign tracking efforts.
Manage targeted lists and execute automation strategies.
Assist in email campaign implementation and performance monitoring.
Oversee deliverability and inbox placement rates.
Support sales tools and data management tasks.
Handle automation requests and provide necessary support.
Train and assist teams with new tools and processes.
Offer insights to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
Utilize analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Develop mechanisms for reporting on campaign performance.

Desired Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
Proficient in HubSpot with demonstrated expertise.
Familiarity with platforms like Warmly, Gong, and ZoomInfo, with knowledge of ABM platforms being advantageous.
An understanding of marketing attribution models.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on root cause analysis.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities across various aspects of people, processes, and technology in a dynamic landscape.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends in sales and marketing technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively across teams.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Capacity to work asynchronously and cooperate with teams in different time zones.
