By using Offered.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What We Do
Offered.ai helps individual job seekers find employment by connecting them to a network of recruiters, hiring managers, and other professionals (“the Network”). We use this network to make introductions, provide insights, and offer direct access to opportunities.
2. Who Can Use Offered.ai
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Use Offered.ai only for lawful purposes related to your job search.
- Provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or misused the Service.
3. Our Paid Services
Offered.ai offers two paid options:
A. Success-Based Plan ($4,500 fee)
You pay $4,500 only if you accept a job offer that came through a direct or indirect introduction from the Offered.ai network.
Here’s how it works:
- Once you accept a new job, you must notify Offered.ai within 7 days.
- After job acceptance, you’ll have 2 weeks to:
- Confirm your payment method and choose from any available payment terms; or
- Pay in full upfront.
- If you do not choose a payment method within 2 weeks, your original payment method on file will be charged automatically.
- If the payment fails, we may engage third-party collection services to recover the owed fee.
“Introduced through Offered.ai” includes any employer, recruiter, or intermediary you first connected with via Offered.ai, its team, or its network of partners.
B. Network Access Plan ($500 fee)
For $500, you get direct access to the Offered.ai community, which includes:
- Direct messaging with network members
- Invitations to office hours
- Access to community events and job search resources
This fee is paid upfront and non-refundable.
4. No Payments without a Placement
We can’t guarantee that:
- You’ll receive a job offer;
- Any introductions will lead to employment; or
- The Service will meet every user’s expectations.
We aim to support your job search, but success depends on many factors outside our control.
5. Data and Privacy
We collect information relevant to your job search — such as your resume, background, and preferences — to provide and improve our services.
Your information is handled according to our [Privacy Policy], which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Offered.ai only for personal, lawful job-search purposes.
- Respect the privacy and boundaries of other users and network members.
- Not share, resell, or misuse introductions, contact lists, or other resources obtained through the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on Offered.ai belong to us or our partners. You may use them only for your personal job search. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without permission.
8. Payment Terms
All fees are in U.S. dollars.
By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge it according to these Terms.
We may use secure third-party payment processors to handle payments. If a payment fails, you agree to cooperate in resolving it promptly.
9. Collections Policy
If you owe a success fee and fail to pay after notice, we may:
- Engage a third-party collections agency, and
- Report nonpayment where legally permitted.
You agree to cover reasonable costs associated with such collection efforts.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not act as your legal representative, recruiter, or employment agent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Offered.ai and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including job outcomes, missed opportunities, or data issues.
Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless you and Offered.ai agree otherwise in writing.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of major changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
